Why Is Not Recommended The Use Of Powdered Sugar In Coffee?
The main reason why it is not recommended to use is their non-equality. As I previously mentioned, two tablespoons of granulated sugar are converted 1/4th a cup of powdered sugar, this means the quantity is bigger, denser, and obviously heavier. I know people put the same amount of sugar to every type without care (regular, powdered, or brown).
The other skipping reason would be because of the included ingredient cornstarch. Cornstarch is also used in salty and spicy recipes to hold together other ingredients.
