To some people, coffee affects in a really bad way where it ends up with sickness after drinking.

Excessive Cream/Sugar

This topic proves to be very complicated. There is no one particular reason, so you going to have to try out them all to discover where nausea comes from.

Probably adding cream or different flavors is what your stomach can’t stand (especially on an empty stomach). Maybe you are intolerant to additives, just cut the coffee cream out, and see for yourself.

The best thing of all is to find a drink as a replacement, instead of coffee drink juice, water, powder cocoa with milk, or smoothie. On the first days, it is going to be harder than you think, but after 3 or 4 weeks, your body will get used to it just as psychology says, it can take from 18 to 254 days to gain a new habit, and the average is 66 days. Within a month or the worst-case scenario 2, your body will be habituated to the new routine. Consistency is the key.

However, you tried it out and it didn’t work, try to cut the half amount, starting from your cup size. If it’s large make it small or if your coffee intake is 3 in a day maybe even more, cut them off, keep in mind, nothing is more important than your health. Give up on everything when health is in question.

Consult With Professionals

Don’t take it so seriously, nausea and vomiting are not diseases, after all.

Consult with your doctor, it may not be anything related to coffee, you may have an infection, food poisoning, overeating, concussion, or migraine. There are other things you should be aware of before blaming coffee.

Accompany Your Coffee

When I say accompany, not in the sense to drink it with a friend, but considering something like cookies, snacks, or anything you like next to it.

Don’t let coffee go through your body alone especially if coffee is the first thing you drink in the morning. Your stomach is empty and available for caffeine to flow around easily.

I would suggest eating something next to it or before. If that’s not possible or the environment is not permitting, do not drink coffee at all.

Drinking Coffee In the Breakfast

Food is the body’s medication. Studies have shown that nearly one-quarter of individuals in the US skip breakfast daily.

If you are one of them, try drinking coffee while eating, because your stomach is not empty and it takes the body more time to digest caffeine if your stomach is not empty.

Drink water constantly and consume more protein-based foods, for example, yogurt, eggs, and cheese. This will help to slow down digestion and prevent nausea with lower pain or no pain at all. It really depends on people’s immune systems.
